To use our services, you must:
Our courses are designed for individuals seeking California notary education. It is your responsibility to verify with the California Secretary of State that you meet all eligibility requirements before applying for a notary commission.
By purchasing a course, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and complete that course for your personal, non-commercial use. Course access is granted to the individual who enrolls — you may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your course.
Course access terms vary by product. Unless otherwise stated, access is provided for the period specified at the time of purchase. Please review access terms before purchasing.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a compatible device, internet connection, and current web browser to access your course. We are not responsible for technical issues caused by your device or internet service.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing purchases.
Due to the digital nature of our course content, we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your course, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@goldenstatenotarypro.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request at our sole discretion.
Upon successfully completing a course and passing all required knowledge checks, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. This certificate is generated based on your completion of our course content.
Important: Our Certificate of Completion is intended to satisfy California's notary education requirements as described in the Government Code. However, it is your responsibility to verify with the California Secretary of State that our certificate meets all current requirements for your notary application. Requirements are subject to change by the state at any time.
Completing our courses and receiving a Certificate of Completion does not guarantee that you will be approved for a California notary commission. The approval process, including the state exam, background check, and application review, is conducted entirely by the State of California. We have no control over and make no representations regarding the state's approval decisions.
All course content, materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and other content on our website and within our courses are the property of Golden State Notary Pro and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
